Marketing Manager — Interior design and storytelling (Remote, Cornwall)

The Marketing Manager will lead an in-house creative team and shape marketing strategy across channels—from campaigns and content to events and insights.

The Marketing Manager will…

• Lead and develop a small, creative marketing team to deliver brand excellence
• Direct and deliver visually powerful campaigns across social, email, print and experiential
• Oversee content creation, from photoshoots to eNewsletters, ensuring brand consistency
• Take ownership of the full marketing calendar, aligning brand and commercial goals
• Plan and run events: press previews, trade shows, in-store activations and collaborations

The Marketing Manager will bring…

• Previous experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in interiors, retail or design-led brands
• Proven success across multi-channel campaigns, including offline and digital
• Strong creative direction skills, especially with photography and visual storytelling
• Track record in managing events from concept to post-event analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Meta Suite, Google Analytics and project management platforms
