We are recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing retail business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketer with a track record of delivering campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support growth and customer engagement. Lead brand, digital, content, and PR activity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. Use insight and performance data to inform decisions and optimise return on investment. Manage budgets effectively and report on campaign performance to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and maximise reach. Stay up to date with retail and marketing trends to keep activity competitive and relevant.About You:
6-8 years' marketing experience in retail, fashion, or another fast-paced consumer-facing industry. Proven success managing integrated campaigns from planning through to delivery. Strong skills across communications, PR, planning, and campaign execution. Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing activity to business objectives.
