ABOUT MINTAGO: Financial freedom starts here.
Mintago is an innovative financial wellbeing platform that helps both employers and their employees with their financial health. We are on a mission to improve how people manage their financial world. As a socially conscious technology business, we want to make a positive impact on society. We believe in changing people's financial futures through the workplace.
If you sit at the sweet spot between tinkering with technology curiously, loving structure and numbers, but also are creatively driven and love breaking the mould, then this role is for you!
We\'re looking for a marketing technologist who doesn\'t just build workflows - you craft surprisingly delightful experiences. Someone who sees HubSpot not as a constraint, but as a creative canvas.
ROLE DEFINITION
You\'ll own end-to-end delivery of our growth marketing strategy, creatively architecting integrated campaigns as a T-shaped generalist with deep expertise in Marketing Automation, Campaign Management and Website Management.
This is high-impact and hands-on - you\'ll collaborate with leadership, sales, and product to shape our go-to-market efforts with full creative autonomy in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Your efforts will support the shift from fixed campaign cycles to an always-on strategy, improving campaign speed, creativity, and results across the business. You\'ll be the person who turns \'we\'ve always done it this way\' into \'what if we tried this instead?\'
What excites you
- Seeing a beautifully crafted automation sequence hit 40%+ open rates
- Finding creative workarounds for HubSpot limitations that make colleagues say "how did you do that?"
- Turning B2B financial concepts into campaigns that actually resonate
- A/B testing everything because you\'re genuinely curious about human behaviour
- Building something from scratch and watching it scale
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HubSpot Marketing Automation: Don\'t just build workflows - engineer customer journeys that feel personal and surprisingly delightful
- Build, test, and optimise multi-phase workflows, nurture programmes, and campaigns that people actually want to receive
- Develop responsive and branded email templates that stand out in crowded inboxes, run A/B testing programmes that explain customer behaviours
- Develop and manage dynamic lists, segmentation strategies, and behavioural triggers that feel almost psychic
- Maintain marketing automation best practices including database management, tagging, campaign naming conventions, and UTM structures
Website Management: Turn our website into a beautiful conversion machine that visitors actually want to spend time on
- Content updates, SEO optimisation, analytics monitoring, conversion rate improvement
- Liaise with web development freelancers to implement website enhancements, improve functionality, and optimise conversion rates
- Create and update website content, including landing pages, blog posts, programme pages, and event listings that convert browsers into believers
