Overview

Senior Marketing Manager responsible for shaping and delivering multi-channel marketing strategy in a fast-growing, ethical tech environment. You’ll have autonomy to influence strategy, manage a large marketing budget and help build out the marketing function as the company scales.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and delivering a multi-channel marketing strategy (paid search, SEO, social media, events).
• Managing a large annual marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI.
• Working closely with agencies, including holding them accountable for KPIs and performance.
• Using data and insights to optimise campaigns and inform strategy.
• Driving brand growth while staying true to the company’s ethical and sustainable values.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in tech, web hosting, or cloud.
• Strong background in digital campaigns, paid search, and SEO.
• Confident with data, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing budgets and agencies.
• Ambitious and excited by the opportunity for career progression.
