Job Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Ed-Tech company. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive user acquisition across B2C and B2B segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, user personas (students, parents, educators, institutions), and modern marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, email, and offline channels. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine messaging and positioning.
