As Senior Marketing Manager, youll take the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies that fuel business growth, enhance brand visibility, and build stronger connections with customers.

What we need from you:
Minimum of five years experience in a senior marketing role, preferably B2B or relevant sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Demonstrated success in driving growth through marketing initiatives with measurable results in revenue, brand awareness, and market share
Highly Desirable:
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM)
What the role involves:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a strong emphasis on customer insight and market trends
Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that are commercially focused, customer-centric, and aligned with brand values
Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts are data-driven, with clear KPIs and ROI objectives
Use customer insights and market data to inform decision-making, targeting, and creative direction
Oversee the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and maximising return on investment
Build and enhance the brands positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and a results-driven approach
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and evolve our marketing efforts
Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Hours:
Working full time Monday to Friday 8am
5pm.
