As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Gallagher’s brand presence and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with a passion for sports partnerships, working on high-profile campaigns that leverage Gallagher’s sponsorship assets to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.

You will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, ensuring that Gallagher’s brand is represented consistently and effectively across all channels. From creating impactful social media campaigns to developing engaging content that tells our story, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our brand connects with clients, prospects, and partners.

How Youll Make An Impact

  • Strengthen Gallagher’s brand presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate values.
  • Lead the creation of innovative social campaigns across EMEA sports partnership properties, using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
  • Develop engaging content leveraging Gallagher’s sports partnership assets, collaborating with rights holders to maximise opportunities.
  • Work alongside the Head of Partnerships to develop annual marketing plans and budgets, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and inspire a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

About You

  • Degree in Marketing or CIM Diploma in Marketing is desired.
  • Proven experience in corporate or sports partnerships.
  • Strong budget management and organisational skills.
  • Expertise in delivering and managing events, working with agencies, and developing marketing plans.
  • Creativity and innovative leadership skills.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
