Are you a marketing powerhouse with a passion for live entertainment? We’re seeking a dynamic marketing leader to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in expanding the magic of their iconic stories into captivating live theatre experiences. You will be instrumental in shaping how audiences discover and engage with these narratives on stage, driving awareness and ticket sales through inventive and impactful multi-channel campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to bringing these cherished stories to life for new generations of fans.

In this temporary role, you’ll be at the heart of developing and executing marketing strategies for live theatre productions. You’ll manage campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with audiences and upholds the integrity of these world-famous brands. This is a chance to leverage your expertise in the entertainment space to make a tangible impact on cultural storytelling.

This is a 3–4-month, 40 hrs/week contract, that requires on-site work on a hybrid basis. It offers up to £300 per day (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB on Fri, 5th December. Due to the high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do

  • **Campaign & Project Management:** Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns specifically for live theatre productions. Manage project timelines, asset schedules, approval processes, and key milestones to ensure seamless execution. Ensure all campaign materials adhere strictly to brand guidelines and legal/rights requirements.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as the primary marketing liaison for internal teams, including creative, communications, production, and legal departments. Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, such as producing partners and agencies. Prepare and deliver compelling campaign updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • **Content & Creative Asset Management:** Oversee the briefing, creation, and distribution of diverse marketing assets (digital, print, social). Ensure a consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all materials, collaborating closely with communications and digital teams. Review and approve creative deliverables from partners, maintaining brand integrity.
  • **Performance Monitoring & Reporting:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns. Assist in producing comprehensive post-campaign evaluations. Maintain accurate project documentation and data to support reporting, forecasting, and internal reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing or account management.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder or cross-functional campaigns within the live theatre, agency, or broader creative industries.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to expertly juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including strong stakeholder-facing presentation experience.
  • A track record of building and nurturing positive working relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of brand management principles.
