Level Infinite is both publisher of breakout hit games like PUBG MOBILE and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and a collaborative partner in games such as Stunlock V Rising, Fatshark’s Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Dune: Awakening from Funcom, Nightingale from Inflexion Studios and many more.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team working on a range of exciting AAA multiplayer shooter games.You'll be responsible for developing and executing fully integrated campaigns using data driven insights and internal resources to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic market.With an innate passion for all-things gaming, you're experience will help build and steer our campaigns to success, from launch and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and activate comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives, including market research, target audience identification, and channel selection.Collaborate with cross functional teams including insights, UA/paid media, regional marketing teams, 1st parties and external agencies to fully leverage resources to ensure delivery of the plan. Working closely with development studios while building and maintaining relationships will be key to the role.Keep a close eye on market trends, sharing insights that can steer campaign strategy and provide constructive and effective suggestions for the team to maintain engagement and drive innovation throughout.Requirements5+ years’ working in the videogame industry with AAA global game publishing experience.In depth knowledge of the European/ North American video games industry and broad understanding of channels within (social media, regulatory factors, commercial models, and format nuances across console & PC).Skilled at project management to proactively bring initiatives and deliverables to completion and escalate obstacles throughout the projects life-cycle.Exemplify a passion for data and consumer insight driven decision making with an ability to analyze and utilize data to create strategic frameworks that lead to successful GTM execution and operational excellence.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions in multicultural organization.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations, preferences, and behaviors, particularly within the "Shooter" genre.English fluency is mandatory as the working language; Mandarin proficiency will be regarded as a strong plus.Equal Employment OpportunityAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
