Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise – responsible for building Stream’s first Enterprise marketing plan from scratch and driving pipeline growth across enterprise segments.
Opportunity
To accelerate growth we need an Enterprise Marketing Manager who will build Stream’s first Enterprise plan from scratch, generate new meetings, pipeline and contracts, and work hand‑in‑hand with the sales team to deliver a direct impact on the overall business.
Responsibilities
Work with data and sales insights to identify the key enterprise segments to focus on.
Establish the messaging per segment, crystallising our value proposition so we stand out in front of the customer.
Build relationships with customers directly to understand their challenges and soundboard ideas and plans.
Develop a one‑to‑many ABM strategy for our target high‑value clients and segments.
Create a campaign strategy for each segment by working closely with sales, product marketing, performance marketing, social media and design.
Build third‑party relationships to design campaigns that meet our Enterprise objectives.
Execute multi‑channel campaigns, including direct marketing, third‑party programmes, events & webinars, digital and social, and any new content requirements.
Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Communicate with the sales team to ensure full engagement of their accounts and comprehensive campaign follow‑up.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Enterprise Marketing overall and all campaigns (demo requests, attributed pipeline, total pipeline, deal velocity and ROI).
Utilise marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) to track, report on and analyse campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and maximise results.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the UK Enterprise sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, content and insights.
Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and a seamless account experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with at least 5 years of direct experience in an Enterprise marketing position.
Expertise in both strategic (identifying segments, messaging and planning campaigns) and hands‑on execution.
Proficient in creating integrated, multi‑tactic campaigns.
Strong experience and appetite for working with sales at seller, manager and executive level.
Experience building successful 1‑2‑many ABM campaigns in an Enterprise environment.
Aptitude to build strong relationships across different roles within the marketing team to create and execute your Enterprise Marketing strategy.
Expertise in using HubSpot is preferred.
Experience in both a building and a scaling marketing team is desirable.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A self‑starter who is proactive, creative and results‑oriented.
Salary
£70,000 – £90,000 + equity.
