This newly created role offers the chance to shape the marketing function, drive lead generation, and influence strategic direction. This role will include some travel as part of the role, where you will go out and do site visits to see some of the live projects, and to really get to know the clients and their requirements, to enable you to get that real world feedback and to help you tailor your message moving forward. The core duties and responsibilities for this role are: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Own and evolve the companys website and digital presence Drive SEO performance and implement inbound campaigns Create engaging social media content and track performance metrics Content & PR Lead content creation across blogs, case studies, and PR Collaborate with industry publishers and support video content development Events & Engagement Plan and attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and customer events Conduct site visits and interviews to generate authentic marketing content Strategic Marketing Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business goals Support product launches and produce marketing reports to demonstrate ROI Use the information gained from market insights to feed back into the marketing strategy Client Interaction Attending site visits to see live projects and to meet with clients and discuss what they were hoping to achieve when they used your services Using this meeting and feedback to enable to you to tailor your message, terminology and content moving forwards to maximise your effectiveness. These are not sales meetings

To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for the following experience: Proven B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation Someone who is flexible to attend events and exhibitions across the UK, and occasionally internationally where you might be required to stay away overnight Strong SEO and copywriting skills Analytical mindset with creative flair Confident communicator and campaign planner HubSpot, AHREFs, ClickUp, Google Analytics/Search Console, Microsoft Office Must have a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle as regular client site visits are required.
