Core Responsibilities
- Build robust marketing analytics foundations
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end tracking and measurement for paid and organic campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tagging, integrations, and data flows across platforms such as YouTube, social, and website analytics.
- Anticipate and solve data quality and measurement challenges before they impact insights.
- Turn data into insights that drive strategy
- Analyze top‑of‑funnel performance across channels to uncover gaps and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that shape budget allocation and campaign strategy.
- Support monthly business reviews with data‑backed insights that influence leadership decisions.
- Enable scalable reporting and dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards that make marketing performance easy to track and understand.
- Partner with the Data and Website teams to ensure clean, consistent data pipelines.
- Standardize metrics definitions and measurement frameworks across marketing functions.
Requirements
- Must‑haves
- 5+ years of marketing analytics or campaign measurement experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a PLG or developer‑focused product.
- Fluent in SQL and comfortable building scalable data models using tools such as dbt and BigQuery.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, tag management, and reporting tools, with the ability to set up GDPR‑compliant tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset: proactive in identifying data issues, solving measurement challenges, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience measuring the impact of YouTube ads and brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with GDPR‑compliant measurement setups and privacy‑first tracking practices.
