This multi award-winning business are looking for a driven Senior Marketing Brand Exec to ensure their brands are represented in a prestigious and consistent manner, working within their marketing and brand/content team where you will get involved with and taking the lead on marketing, PR, social media and creative content, including photoshoots. The salary for this role is c£35-40k and is office based 5 days a week in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire with flexibility on start and finish times and a great package with generous holiday allowance and free parking onsite. About The Role With thousands of existing customers both in the UK and internationally, 2025 has brought fresh and exciting opportunities to grow their global market share further and extend their portfolio of brands. In this role, you will own and take leadership across a wide range of marketing and brand content that includes; PR and content writing, PR media relationships, working with the Head of Marketing to execute their omni-channel marketing plan and budget, developing content calendars, event planning and co-ordinating (they work on 3 major events each year – London, Paris & Milan), creative content production from location scouting for photoshoots to model casting, styling of clothes and set and being on set in Majorca each year for their big photoshoot with the option to also help Art Direct the shoot if you have that experience. This role will have direct influence and impact on the success of growth and will be responsible for:
Responsible for the execution of their omni-channel marketing activities and content creation, in alignment with the marketing plan and budget Develop inspiring brand and digital content calendars that deliver on ambitious targets Work closely with and support the Head of Marketing and Domestic / International Sales Directors, overseeing targeted activity with key accounts, global distribution partners/overseas agencies, and internal stakeholders, to maintain a constant flow of marketing-related activity and information Oversee the organisation of and attend industry events, including exhibitions and open days (in the UK and internationally)
Collaborate with the Creative Designer to contribute to the elevation of their creative functions, by:
Taking an integral role within the production of lifestyle and still-life photo shoot / video production, leading tasks as required, e.g. creative ideation, model and location sourcing, wardrobe/styling and potentially, art direction Maintain a diary of business and industry awards. Write and submit entries as required Manage copywriting / proofreading of content, including product descriptions, website, email marketing campaigns, award entries and other communications tools. Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent, and copy is innovative and inspiring Oversee PR/communications activity: PR relationships - seeking out and building relationships with optical and fashion / lifestyle influencers, creation of press releases, product placements Oversee the production of physical and digital marketing materials, including catalogues, website, email campaigns, price lists, POS, merchandising stands, sales support documents, direct mailings, etc Drive email subscription, data collection and customer engagement programmes. Manage customer and supplier databases, in line with relevant legislation Support with managing the activity of the marketing team as a whole
About You You are an experienced Marketing Executive with B2B experience (although B2C experience will be considered if within luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands) and you enjoy working within a team, but also under your own steam, delivering projects at pace. You are creatively driven in your approach and enjoy working across the full marketing spectrum, with definite experience within PR and content writing, general and digital marketing, including social media, events and creative content production. You have excellent communication skills and are able to work across multiple departments with differing objectives, whilst championing and delivering best practice. You are able to work and communicate directly with their clients at senior level and understand what a premium brand needs. You are strategic in your approach, but are hands on delivery and whilst able to work to a plan, you can also adapt and be able to problem solve.
