Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure across digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Email).
  • Define, track, and validate KPIs and metrics, ensuring accuracy across GA4, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance, funnel conversion, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency to inform growth strategy.
  • Deliver commercial insights on lead quality, prioritisation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Conduct advanced analysis including media mix modelling, market share evaluation, and LTV measurement.
  • Partner with digital stakeholders (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Product) and commercial teams to influence strategy.
  • Provide ad-hoc, data-led insights to drive pipeline performance and competitive positioning.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in marketing analytics within high-growth consumer or digital businesses.
  • Advanced SQL skills (essential).
  • Hands-on expertise with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
  • Experience with GA4 / Google Analytics; Python skills highly desirable (ML knowledge a plus).
  • Proven ability to measure and optimise campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and SEO.
  • Understanding of attribution and media mix modelling.
  • Excellent data storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building solutions from scratch.
