SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST

London – Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office

The Company

A world-leading conservation and hospitality business, protecting millions of acres of wild land across Africa, with a network of luxury safari camps. They are scaling fast to drive digital growth, with a London team and are now investing heavily into its direct-to-consumer business, with ambitious targets!

The Role

As Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in the following:

  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting systems for all digital channels (Paid Search, Social, Display, SEO, Email)
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across GA4, CRM, and marketing platforms
  • Define KPIs and partner with senior stakeholders to link analytics to business goals
  • Analyse funnel conversion, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency
  • Provide commercial insights on sales pipeline, lead quality, and conversion optimisation
  • Support media mix modelling and long-term value analysis
  • Deliver ad-hoc insights to drive performance and strategic decision-making

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools (essential)
  • Python preferred; ML knowledge a bonus
  • Background in marketing analytics: campaign measurement, segmentation, funnel optimisation
  • Understanding of attribution and MMM
  • Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable building solutions from scratch in fast-paced, high-growth settings
