Senior Manager, Sustainability Marketing & Sales Enablement (Remote)

We’re looking for a bold, creative, hands-on leader who knows how to cut through the noise, build powerful campaigns and communicate complex sustainability topics in ways that drive action among business travelers and their companies. If you’re fluent in GHG emissions, Scope 3, SAF, carbon offsetting and other elements related to sustainability—and equally comfortable building marketing strategy and executing it—we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Manager, Sustainability Marketing & Sales Enablement , you will

• Collaborate with product, consulting and sales teams to develop messaging frameworks, battlecards, FAQs, demos and other materials that support sales enablement and showcase sustainability solution benefits
• Monitor market trends and competitors to position our offerings with clarity and distinction
• Build and lead multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, client loyalty and business growth
• Translate complex environmental topics related to business travel into powerful, relatable stories that resonate with global audiences
• Design internal campaigns that build a strong understanding of our sustainability offerings across the organization
• Contribute to dashboards, KPIs and other ROI reporting, ensuring marketing strategies are data-driven and continuously evolving
• Guide and develop blogs, whitepapers, executive commentaries, case studies, infographics, video content and other thought-leadership content
• Partner with PR, social media and other global marketing teams to integrate our sustainability solution into global communications, owned media and social media channels
• Manage and guide external contributors and agencies
• Ensure all communications meet national and regional ‘greenwashing’ regulations

About you

• Proven experience marketing sustainability in a corporate environment
• Strong grasp of climate-related topics (Scope 1–3 emissions, offsets, lifecycle analysis, etc.)
• Outstanding storytelling and writing skills—you make technical topics accessible and exciting
• Comfort working cross-functionally and aligning diverse stakeholders globally
• A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and an eagerness to lead by doing
• Experience in travel, aviation or mobility preferred but not required
