As the UK Marketing lead at Klook, you’ll be instrumental in building demand and capturing the attention of UK travellers. With a focus on social media and influencers, strategic partnerships and affiliates, and targeted campaigns, you’ll ensure Klook’s presence resonates strongly with the UK market.Key Responsibilities:Lead demand generation efforts across key channels, including social media marketing, influencer collaborations, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing, to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition within the UK market.Develop effective strategies to convert interest into bookings, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and channel performance.Collaborate with product and supply teams to ensure Klook’s offerings align with UK customer demand for key destinations: Japan, the US, and Italy, ensuring supply meets identified trends.Social Media & Influencer Excellence:Own and develop Klook’s social media strategy for relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) in the UK, including content curation, campaign planning, and community engagement.Spearhead and manage influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness, engagement, and user-generated content that resonates with UK audiences.Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and relevant media partners to amplify Klook’s brand presence and ensure content aligns with local trends and cultural nuances.Strategic Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing:Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the UK travel and lifestyle sectors to expand Klook’s reach and drive customer acquisition.Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through relevant UK-focused channels.Targeted Marketing Campaigns:Drive and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market, focusing initially on driving interest and bookings for travel to Japan, the US, Italy, and beyond.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, maintaining consistent messaging and a smooth customer journey from awareness to booking.Customer Insights & Localisation:Ensure Klook’s messaging and branding resonate with the UK mentality and lifestyle, adapting campaigns and creative assets to appeal to UK travellers.Champion Klook’s brand identity and values in all marketing materials and campaigns, aligning with the company’s vision while adapting to regional nuances.Continuously monitor UK market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Data-Informed Optimisation & Reporting:Utilise data analytics tools to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channel performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.Provide regular reports to leadership on key marketing performance indicators, customer behaviour insights, and the ROI of marketing activities within the UK market.Supply Alignment for Key Destinations:Collaborate closely with supply teams to ensure that the products and experiences offered by Klook are readily available and optimised for UK customers.Work with local and global supply teams to ensure product assortment aligns with UK demand for these specific destinations, providing relevant and appealing travel options.Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
