Location & travel: We can hire this role in the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic or France. The position requires travel within the EMEA region at least once per month; proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel are essential.
This role is for someone who understands hospitality deeply, thrives in a fast-paced scale-up, and knows how to deliver measurable outcomes in long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement across global regions.
Mission You will manage a small, fast-growing team and own end-to-end land and expand marketing strategy for some of the world’s most recognizable hotel groups and soft brands. You will architect and execute ABM programs, collaborate with commercial teams on positioning, and engage the biggest names in hospitality to the Mews operating platform.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the land and expand playbook for large global hospitality brands, driving net-new acquisition and revenue expansion across multi-brand, multi-region accounts.
- Provide strategic guidance while remaining close to execution—balancing vision with hands-on leadership.
- Design and deliver multi-touch, account-based campaigns that engage senior decision-makers across global brands.
- Drive marketing initiatives that improve pipeline velocity, increase average deal size, and strengthen long-term customer value.
- Apply hospitality operations knowledge and technology trends to shape campaigns that resonate.
- Position Mews as the operating platform of choice for enterprise by showcasing brand personality and enterprise-grade reliability.
- Own the enterprise event marketing strategy from executive dinners to large-scale shows and brand activations.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver high-impact events that deepen relationships and generate long-cycle pipeline opportunities.
- Integrate global event presence with ABM campaigns across channels and utilize ABM platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Measure and optimize campaigns for maximum commercial ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to align enterprise priorities and maximize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hospitality Knowledge: Strong experience in hospitality or hospitality technology, with deep understanding of decision-making by brands, owners, and operators.
- Enterprise ABM Expertise: Proven success in building and scaling ABM for large, complex global accounts.
- Event Marketing Experience: Skilled at leveraging events as a cornerstone of enterprise engagement.
- Long-Cycle Marketing Mindset: Experience sustaining marketing engagement over extended enterprise sales cycles.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and growing a marketing team in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Commercial Orientation: Revenue-driven mindset with ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Combine storytelling and creative execution with data-driven rigor.
- Brand-Technology Duality: Ability to convey a playful, modern brand alongside enterprise-ready technology.
- Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience with ABM tools, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Location: Based in the US or Europe, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
- 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS and hospitality tech.
