We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel for our well known client to support global teams with a particular focus on digital marketing and online transactions.

This is a key role where you’ll lead the charge on high-impact commercial contracts, regulatory reviews, and strategic legal initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, the UK, and North America, negotiating both sales and procurement agreements that drive the business forward.

What you’ll do:

• Lead contract drafting and negotiations for major deals
• Provide regulatory advice and legal risk assessments
• Partner with stakeholders to build scalable processes and reduce friction
• Manage external counsel and contribute to global legal projects

• Substantial commercial contracts experience (sales + procurement) gained In House
• Expertise in marketing, digital transactions, and regulatory compliance
