Key Tasks

Management of current IT Services clients Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients Cold Calling and Lead Hunting Launch new products to the GHM business portfolio Use current customer base to increase average revenue per customer Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and tailor offerings to meet client needs Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest cutting‑edge solutions

Skills & Experience

5+ years selling and managing IT/Software Services Excellent knowledge in IT solutions and security Customer focused, building and nurturing customer relationships Proven experience of increasing annuity revenue within a business Competitive and confident Excellent communication skills Commercially aware
