Senior Insights & Analytics Lead - Marketing

What you'll do: Lead and maintain the Marketing Mix Model (media spend, pricing, promotions, customer data etc. ) ensuring accuracy and usability for marketing decisions. Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and marketing teams. Develop predictive models to understand customer behaviour, lifetime value, and channel performance. Work closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure decisions are evidence-based. Promote a culture of data-led decision making and challenge outdated processes. What we're looking for: Experience in an analytics role supporting a marketing function is essential - Digital and Traditional marketing analytics experience would be beneficial, but not essential Knowledge of segmentation, cluster analysis and data modelling would be highly advantageous Ability to explain complex insights to non-technical teams Curious and confident with the soft skills to influence, present ideas and be inquisitive to understand the business and make change happen Experience with SQL, Azure ML, predictive modelling, and statistical techniques is a plus but someone from a technical analytical background who could pick up specific skills would be considered.
