Senior HR Retail Specialist - EMEA Premium Lifestyle & Retail | c£50,000 - £55,000 We're delighted to be working with a premium global lifestyle brand on their search for a Senior HR Retail Specialist to join their EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape HR practices across a growing retail estate and play a key role in driving people initiatives that truly make a difference. The Role You'll partner closely with retail leaders across the region to deliver best-in-class HR support, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and performance management. This is a hands-on, visible role where you'll be in-store as much as behind the laptop, building trusted relationships and ensuring the retail teams feel supported and inspired. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the go-to HR contact for retail teams across EMEA

Leading the full recruitment process for store roles

Driving employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance reviews

Managing ER matters including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary cases

Leading salary review processes and supporting HR budgeting/forecasting

Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies

Partnering with L&D and Retail Training teams to support employee development

Providing regular HR reporting, workforce planning and data analysis

About You We're looking for someone who brings: 5+ years' HR generalist experience within a multi-site retail environment, ideally across EMEA

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practice

Proven experience in employee relations and performance management

A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence in building trusted relationships across different cultures and languages

Fluency in English (additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or German are a plus)

Passion for retail, people, and creating a positive employee experience
