Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social media-driven campaigns to maximise audience acquisition and event engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, WeChat, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute tailored social content strategies, including paid campaigns, organic posting, influencer/partner collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling digital assets (copy, visuals, video briefs) optimised for social reach and conversion.
  • Manage campaign calendars, ensuring consistent, high-impact activity across global markets.
  • Collaborate with content, commercial, and events teams to align social storytelling with event value propositions and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, report ROI, and optimise campaigns in real time.
  • Support integrated activity across email, SEO, and partnerships, ensuring social media remains the primary driver of awareness and registrations.

    • Ideal Background

  • Proven track record in B2B social media marketing, ideally within events, legal, professional services, or media.
  • Deep knowledge of paid and organic strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and international platforms (e.g. WeChat).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an eye for design and engagement.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot) alongside social scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple social-led campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Additional languages (Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, or French) are a plus.
