The successful person will be structured, strategic, creative and commercially focused. They will be able to lead from the front, deliver results and enjoy being hands-on. Reporting to the General Manager with a direct line to the Commercial Director, the Senior Director of Marketing will hold a critical position in enhancing the image and success of the business.

To get the necessary “buy-in” from the owners, managing company and senior management concerning the planned concepts, ideas and strategy it is essential that this person can demonstrate excellent team player and communication skills. 

We would like to hear from candidates with cutting-edge experience in branding, positioning, web marketing, and e-commerce who can show a career record of successful performance in managing tactical strategies - long and short-term.

Some examples of the key responsibilities:-

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive revenue.

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Collaborate closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

Represent the hotel at key events and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand recognition.
