to lead our

CRM activity

and help

shape customer journeys across digital channels . This role is perfect for a marketer with strong CRM and

campaign management

experience who wants to take ownership and drive impact. What you'll do: Lead the

CRM sprint process

– plan, implement & optimise activity. Enhance the

customer journey

across all touchpoints. Manage member surveys & feedback ( Survey Monkey / Member Voice programme ). Run

CRM testing & campaigns

in Marketing Cloud. Support Salesforce/Marketing Cloud queries. Research new

lead generation opportunities

and monitor competitors. What we're looking for: 3+ years' experience in digital marketing/CRM. Hands-on with

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

(or similar). Confident with

analytics tools
