Overview About the Role: As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of building customer programs that drive adoption, advocacy, and lifetime value across our EMEA customer base. This role is all about turning customers into champions and using AI and data to unlock smarter, faster, and more impactful ways to engage them. You’ll put AppCentral at the centre of the journey, helping customers get more value, stay loyal, and expand with us. Responsibilities
Design and scale customer programs with AI – Use AI and predictive insights to deliver personalised journeys at speed, driving smarter engagement and next-best actions. Drive adoption & lifetime value – Build lifecycle journeys that keep customers engaged, successful, and growing with Aptean. Champion AppCentral – Make our platform the hub of customer engagement and innovation. Build advocacy at scale – Turn happy customers into storytellers through case studies, reviews, and referral programs. Unlock expansion opportunities – Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and accelerate cross-sell and upsell potential. Be the customer’s voice – Bring insights into marketing, product, and strategy to shape how we grow.
What we’re looking for
5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, ERP, or tech preferred). Proven success in customer marketing, lifecycle, or advocacy programs. Strong experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense). A data-driven, AI-savvy marketer who sees the big picture and executes with impact. A collaborative storyteller who thrives on building programs that scale.
