As we continue to grow in the UK market, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Community Marketing Specialist to lead our community engagement, support local and global marketing campaigns, manage our brand ambassador program, and drive impactful events—including new store openings.Role OverviewThe Senior Community Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing programs that build the JOE & THE JUICE brand as well as nurturing and activating the JOE & THE JUICE community in the UK. This role blends marketing, community engagement, brand advocacy, and event leadership to strengthen brand love and drive awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is a natural connector, experienced in marketing, event activation and brand ambassador management, and thrives in fast-paced environments where culture, lifestyle, and brand experience intersect. Experience in campaign management and digital marketing preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents & ActivationsLead planning and execution of UK events, including new store openings, cultural activations, and partnerships.Develop creative event concepts that align with brand values and enhance customer experience.Manage event budgets, timelines, agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.Community Engagement & GrowthDevelop and implement strategies to build and engage the JOE & THE JUICE UK community both online and offline.Create authentic, localized initiatives that resonate with UK audiences while aligning with global brand identity.Identify and nurture key relationships with community leaders, creators, and customers.Marketing Campaign ManagementWork closely with global marketing and brand team to plan and execute marketing and brand campaigns in the UK, as well as conceive and execute local seasonal campaignsAdvise global team on local insights and opportunities to support campaign effectivenessCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, PR, and Operations teams to align community and event strategies with broader business objectives.Provide insights from the community and ambassador network to inform marketing campaigns and product launches.Requirements3–5 years of experience in community management, brand ambassador programs, or experiential marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.Experience in campaign management and digital marketing preferred.Proven track record of managing ambassador/influencer programs with measurable success.Strong event planning and project management skills, from concept to execution.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Passion for lifestyle, culture, and building community.What We OfferOpportunity to shape the JOE & THE JUICE brand presence in the UK market.A dynamic and creative environment where community and culture come first.Competitive compensation package.Career growth opportunities within a global lifestyle brand.Why Work with UsGreat Company Culture: Be part of a team that values positive attitudes, inclusivity, and social ties.
