The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Teams within the Marketing department work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. The Senior Associate, Marketing Operations is primarily responsible for Marketing’s project management of fund, product and regulatory-related projects. Additional responsibilities include project management of corporate and channel marketing campaigns, increasing operational efficiencies, technology improvements and regionalization. They take a lead role in the oversight, maintenance, and update of marketing content for use by the client-facing business in EMEA by creating and maintaining schedules and routing jobs through the lifecycle of a project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal/compliance reviews, sign off, and distribution. Responsibilities:
Project manage key business initiatives for marketing including product and fund launches, in evolving landscape across EMEA. Oversee highly sensitive and business critical projects which relate to regulatory change in high pressure environment. Ensure all projects meet regulatory distribution requirements across EMEA jurisdictions and undergo rigorous proofing and legal/compliance sign off before release. Coordinate the proper intake, routing, and publishing of projects including capturing project scopes, creating schedules, and assigning projects to SME’s where needed. Partner with stakeholders including sales, product and investment teams as well as marketing leads to ensure projects meet business needs and alert them to any changes that affect costs, quality, or deadlines. Work with global teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Collaborate and support marketing campaign management and promotional activities. Support planning and review of updates to product related material i.e., fact sheets, product brochures, articles, models brochures. Project manage the stream of content including fund information, thought leadership, videos, signature presentations, webinars, and brochures, including auditing, reviewing and sunsetting content when needed. Ensure the latest version of content is published in a timely and accurate manner, including regular updates. Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure marketing collateral has been published appropriately. Assist with the execution of rapid website responses to time‑sensitive firm announcements. Work directly with our print vendors and translation providers and ensure the consistency and high quality of the translated content, paying attention to Dimensional’s core messages. Identify and implement process improvements to continually streamline workflows and build consistency. Work on ad‑hoc projects to support business needs as directed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in communications, marketing, project management or related field and/or relevant work experience in a similar role. Experience working in a Marketing team, ideally within the asset management industry and with knowledge of investment products. Experience managing and rolling out large scale product and fund‑related projects and improving business processes. Experience delivering high‑volume UCITS fund updates on a recurring basis across multiple jurisdictions. Sound judgement and an ability to quickly establish confidence and build influence with stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, including collaborating with and across teams to achieve the best results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at juggling numerous projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Ability to be a team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate. Comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to solve problems even when all information is not available. Proactive self‑starter who looks for solutions, takes initiative and will go the extra mile for the best outcome. Desire to work in a fast paced‑dynamic environment and drive forward several projects at a time. Experience of content audits and delivering regulatory updates within a financial services environment.
Preferred:
IMC, CAIA, CFA, MBA, or project management qualification (e.g., Prince 2 or APM) Fluent in German – not essential. Previous experience using a workflow management tool (e.g., Jira) Previous experience within a CRM and email marketing system Knowledge of compliance systems and review processes Understanding of the EMEA regulatory environment and how this applies to marketing and distribution material. Familiarity and/or experience with website content management, digital asset management systems, and web publication procedures.
