pobl. as an independent talent consultancy is partnering with a leading healthcare communications agency to find a Senior Account Manager for their Creative Marketing team.

This role offers the unique opportunity to join a growing practice within an established healthcare communications agency. You'll provide strategic counsel to clients while developing and delivering impactful healthcare marketing programs.

About the Role

The Creative Marketing team operates with a focus on doing the right thing - providing honest consultation to clients and pushing creativity upstream to maximize impact. As the newest practice in the agency, there's a genuine opportunity to help shape its direction and growth.

Working in this hybrid London-based position, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across the business, manage Global/European accounts, and take on responsibilities that directly influence the practice's development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted advisor with sound consultancy skills, providing strategic counsel to clients while managing operational decisions.
• Promote creativity and innovation in client work, with a thorough understanding of creative, strategic and digital workflow processes.
• Build strong relationships both internally and with clients, fostering a positive team culture.
• Develop written briefs for tactical and conceptual/creative projects that translate brand strategy into effective tactical delivery.
• Proactively manage budgets and scope, analyze client requests critically, and routinely seek to add value.

What We're Looking For

• An experienced client service Account Manager (minimum 6-months experience as AM) or current SAM looking for a new opportunity.
• At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare/pharma advertising agency environment.
• Sound understanding of different creative skillsets/roles and when to deploy them within projects.
• Ability to effectively mentor junior team members while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to address client needs/queries and resolve issues promptly.
