Senior Account Based Marketing Coordinator
Join Arup at an exciting time as we progress our Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach across the UKIMEA region. This role focuses on designing and delivering targeted marketing plans for strategic clients, helping to deepen relationships and enhance Arup’s reputation to support revenue and growth. You will play a key role in shaping how ABM evolves within the region and globally whilst supporting the wider business to become more client centric, insight driven in their engagement.
Working closely with client relationship teams, marketing colleagues and business development professionals, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing and work-winning bringing insight-driven campaigns to life, focused on what matters most to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client relationship teams to understand client drivers and deliver targeted marketing activity
Conduct research and develop deep client insight to inform ABM plans
Create compelling value propositions and campaign content
Partner with relationship teams to support stakeholder mapping and data capture
Design and execute 1:1 and 1: Few ABM strategies with clear objectives
Coordinate annual marketing plans and campaign delivery
Work with portfolio marketing teams to plan multi-channel campaigns
Monitor and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing tools
Share best practices and outcomes to refine ABM processes
Advocate and educate others on ABM’s value across the business
Conduct client feedback interviews to gather insights and improve relationships
