Training & Onboarding ManagementDesign and implement a comprehensive training plan for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Conduct knowledge assessments and refresher training across global markets, with a focus on onboarding LATAM users.Deliver online webinars and presentations to Marketing Cloud users.Collect case studies and feedback to refine training content.Develop FAQs and training materials, and hand over finalised documents for internal review.Identify potential Key Users based on training participation and skill levels.2. Key User Community ManagementCreate personalised training plans for Key Users to support local teams.Provide consultancy to enhance communication and engagement within the Key User community.Coordinate peer-led training sessions to promote knowledge sharing.3.
