Role Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud consulting. As an expert on all Marketing Cloud products, you relish working on complex projects which stretch the capabilities of the products. In your role as a Technology Practice Lead, you will champion best practice and innovative solutions. You will be responsible for the overall quality of delivery and the operational efficiency of the practice. In addition, you'll be instrumental in supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and teams at Salesforce and other vendors
- Support business development activities, including tenders and SoW/Quote preparation
- Set quality standards across the practice and drive best delivery and technical practices
- Promote innovation within the practice, developing new offerings and supporting Demo and PoC Assets
- Be accountable for the technical and operational aspects of all projects, mitigating risks
- Serve as an escalation point for risks and issues within the practice
- Encourage collaboration and organize practice activities and initiatives
- Proven previous experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with successful end-to-end solutions delivery experienceStrong leadership and management skills, with experience coordinating remote teams
- You can demonstrate the ability to accurately estimate and interpret customer requirements to inform the creation of Statements of Work
- You have a proven record of handling customer escalations and provide effective solutionsAbility to drive innovation in new areas or emerging technology within or around the practice space
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and key capabilities coupled with demonstrable technical understanding of practice principles, evidenced by a minimum of two relevant certifications or equivalent
- Experience across multiple industry sectors, such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Sports and Media, FinServ, and Public SectorFlexibility to travel to Reply or client offices as needed
