About the Role Amazing opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager with a passion for motorsports. The successful candidate will manage high‑profile events and drive revenue, brand awareness, and global client attraction. Responsibilities
Create and implement strategic plans to drive online traffic and attract event guests to meet sales targets. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels to promote events and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor and analyse event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and sales conversions, to identify improvement opportunities. Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals. Manage event budgets, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and cost control. Develop relationships with industry professionals and attend relevant events to stay current on market trends and identify new opportunities. Collaborate closely with all departments to drive cross‑functional success throughout the company.
Skills & Experience
Proven event planning and management experience. Strong sales and marketing background with a track record of successful campaign management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in communicating with a broad range of international clients. Proficient in digital marketing platforms (SEO, social media, email, online marketing). Website management experience. Interest and background in the sports industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Budget management and financial reporting experience. Ability to work well under pressure.
Package
Surrey – Office based. £40,000 salary plus international travel and other fantastic benefits. Excellent career opportunities.
