Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g. Physics or Engineering) 5+ years in technical sales or marketing, ideally in precision engineering Strong commercial acumen and structured sales approach Experience working with R&D and NPI processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel internationally as required
