Talent Partner - Creative Industry Recruitment Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join a thriving and innovative design-led business based in West London. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone with a creative flair, commercial awareness, and a proactive attitude toward driving growth.
The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting both the business development and marketing functions to help grow the company’s presence in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement effective marketing strategies and engage new and existing clients through targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities (First Role)
- Working and supporting management to identify prospective targeted industry clients, exhibition events, targeting exhibitors for these events though direct marketing techniques, cold-calling on occasions to generate and follow up leads.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and lead generation.
- Implementing and executing targeted national and international marketing campaigns to generate new leads and win new business.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain CRM data and assist with outbound communications.
- Prepare ppt presentations and paper to brief key personnel in advance of meetings with potential clients/ stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (Secondary Role)
- Manage diverse portfolio of international accounts
- Creation of case studies from Project Management briefing from recent projects
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify requirements
- Effectively communicating project expectations and client requirements to design team to ensure progress of experiential marketing campaign
- Drafting and submission of design and budget proposals, and recommending subsequent changes to clients
- Coordinating with colleagues and suppliers to ensure the B2B service provided meets the client’s needs, expectations and budget
- Managing project development from initial design concept to final delivery
- Negotiating and managing budgets with internal and external suppliers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in a combined sales and marketing role.
- Background in creative, design, luxury goods, interiors, or related industries is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, CMS).
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow within a supportive team.
- Location: West London – easily accessible by public transport.
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Hybrid (3days in office). Hours: 9am-5.30pm
