OverviewAgency founder & growth advisor open to Advisory, NED, Fractional Leadership & Agency Partner roles. This is a part-time contractor role focused on sales and marketing for a group of UK-based companies, including two digital agencies and a mentoring/consulting business. Flexible 2 days/week with base pay and uncapped commission.CompensationBase fee: £100/day (~£10,400/year for ~2 days/week, flexi-time)Commission: Uncapped – actual earnings depend on performance and resultsOTE: £25,000–£50,000/year (part-time, ~2 days/week) based on realistic performance levelsTotal Compensation: £25,000–£50,000 OTE (part-time, flexible ~2 days/week, uncapped commission, fully remote)What you’ll doWrite and deliver compelling proposals that win new business.Manage SEO and content strategy across our brands.Create lead magnets, email campaigns, and automation workflows (n8n/Zapier).Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, outreach, and partnerships.Keep the CRM pipeline tight and ensure no opportunity is missed.Support content marketing (blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts).Run and optimise paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).Set up online events, masterminds, and in-person networking opportunities (UK/Portugal).Report directly to the Founder with results and recommendations.What we’re looking forResults-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.Strong writing skills, especially for proposals.SEO, lead generation, and marketing automation experience.Confident with LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, and reporting.Hungry to grow and willing to be judged on outcomes.Fluent/native English speaker (preference for native speakers).Knowledge of UK/EU markets is a strong advantage.Bonus: experience with online events, partnerships, or networking.Why join us?Uncapped commission – your results drive your pay.OTE £25k–£50k/year part-time (flexible ~2 days/week)Contractor role — work from anywhere within ±3 hours of UK.Flexible working hours and autonomy.Opportunities to set up and attend online events and in-person networking (UK/Portugal).Occasional travel to the UK or Portugal (all costs covered).Direct reporting line to the Founder, with real influence over growth strategy.Be part of a growing group of companies, with ambitious long-term plans and expansion opportunities.
