We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to enhance Zebra’s presence in the market and help drive new business opportunities. This hybrid role blends marketing, outreach, and research, with the ultimate goal of generating more live roles and strengthening client relationships.You’ll be responsible for building visibility through LinkedIn, researching target clients, supporting events, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting dots, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into structured campaigns with measurable outcomes.Responsibilities:Manage and utilise our CRM (Bullhorn) alongside LinkedIn and automation tools.Create, schedule, and send targeted content to segmented audiences.Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients (e.g. scale-ups, companies without in-house talent teams).Track and follow up on jobs reposted by businesses, offering support.Carry out structured check-in calls with existing clients.Marketing & ContentPost engaging thought leadership, case studies, and industry updates on LinkedIn.Collaborate with the team to refresh marketing materials and website content, showcasing Zebra’s B Corp status and community impact.Develop campaigns (e.g. B Corp, events, or market spotlights) to increase brand awareness.Attend webinars and events, representing Zebra and building relationships.Identify growth areas by tracking funding rounds, expansion announcements, and other signals of hiring demand.Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing to inform strategy.Map and research key decision-makers at target companies.Prepare insights and share leads with the recruitment team for follow-up.Metrics & ReportingProvide a weekly report summarising outreach activity, campaign performance, and identified opportunities.Track key metrics such as outreach volume, engagement, LinkedIn follower growth, and meetings secured.Must have experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bullhorn, Vincere, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).Experience with email marketing tools and campaign automation.Ability to conduct structured research and identify business opportunities.1-3 years’ experience in business development, marketing or sales.Content creation and social media marketing experience.Desired experience:Confident using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or social media scheduling toolsBackground in recruitment, talent acquisition, or professional services.Understanding of the startup and scale-up ecosystem.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and able to work independently.Clear communicator with a structured approach to delivery.Curious and commercially minded, always looking for new opportunities.Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Professional and confident engaging with senior stakeholdersHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Resilient and persistent, with a results-oriented mindset.About Zebra People:Zebra People have been specialists in digital product recruitment for over 20 years, building teams across UX, design, product management, engineering, and data.
