Sales & Events Manager Salary: £40,000 £45,000 (depending on experience) Location:Central London Start date: ASAP Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Events Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within the a restaurant/bar. This role requires someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop sales opportunities across group bookings, travel trade, MICE, and special events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local networks.

Drive revenue through proactive outreach and conversion of inbound leads.

Support the planning and delivery of events, from enquiry through to execution.

Contribute to budget management and demonstrate understanding of P&L performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and seamless event execution.

Ideal Candidate Proven experience in the London bar and restaurant market.

Experience with TripleSeat and/or OpenTable is highly desirable.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of the London market, with an existing network of relevant contacts preferred.

Desirable Skills Social Media and Marketing experience.

P&L understanding and experience managing budgets.

A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach to work.
