We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive with a passion for digital storytelling and content creation to help us grow our brand, engage our community, and showcase everything Kaboodle has to offer.Role OverviewAs Marketing Executive, you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering innovative digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and footfall. From creating scroll-stopping social content to managing email campaigns and shaping our online presence, this role is ideal for a marketing professional who knows how to connect with audiences and have real impact on a growing brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms.Develop engaging, on-brand content including copy, photography, video, and graphics.Manage Kaboodle’s social media presence, from content planning and community engagement to monitoring performance.Maintain and manage marketing databases and mailing lists.Keep website content up to date with fresh visuals, news, and event information.Produce marketing collateral (digital and print) in line with brand guidelines.Deliver seasonal and event-led marketing campaigns to promote F&B, experiences, and special offers.Work with local partners, influencers, and media to increase Kaboodle’s brand reach.Analyse marketing performance and produce regular reports with recommendations for improvement.Stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities to grow our online visibility.Qualifications & Experience1–2 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or leisure.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing best practice.Experience with tools such as Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing systems.Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.Photography, videography, or design skills highly desirable.Key CompetenciesCreative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.Strong eye for design and detail.Organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and refine activity.Proactive, collaborative, and confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table.What We OfferWorldwide discounts on IHG hotels for you and your friends and family.Discounted meals on shift.Competitive salary.Development and progression opportunities.50% staff discount on food and drink. #J-18808-Ljbffr
