Our client, a creative and dynamic Design agency, is looking for a Coordinator to support their Sales and Marketing Teams.  Based in their stunning offices, located in Manchester’s buzzy Northern Quarter, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator looking for a role where they can support a fun and high achieving team.  The successful Coordinator will be responsibility for updating internal CRM systems, putting together pitches and being the admin glue for the Team!  This is an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator to have a visible and valuable presence within a forward-thinking and sustainably minded Design agency!

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

\n\n

Contract: Permanent

\n\n

Hybrid: on completion of probation - 3 days office based 2 days WFH

\n\n

Role Responsibilities

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Supporting the Business Development Team; managing their CRM and formatting tender responses
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining the CRM and managing any system updates, being the ‘go-to’ person for their CRM
  • \n\t
  • Assisting in preparing proposals and bids Managing all the admin for contracts, ensuring everything is in place and contracts are signed off, registered and archived correctly
  • \n\t
  • Tracking and monitoring projects, keeping timelines and deadlines in mind
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with internal reports and presentations
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with the planning and logistics of Marketing Events and Conferences
  • \n\t
  • Acting as a point of contact for PR agencies, graphic design and photographic consultants
  • \n

  • Highly organised and proven experience of managing multiple projects at one time
  • \n\t
  • Detail driven and Tech savvy; used to working accurately and with ease on CRM systems
  • \n\t
  • Used to working across multiple teams whilst being self-motivated
  • \n\t
  • Able to communicate effectively and used to liaising at all levels across a business
  • \n\t
  • Team focused and with proven experience of working collaboratively
  • \n\t
  • Commercially aware and experience of working within a similar industry, advantageous
  • \n
