We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us...and we wouldn't have it any other way. This is our space. The Sales Academy Trainer will empower our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to grow in their career, excel in the dynamic world of sales in the luxury health club industry. They will support Sales Consultants and Sales Managers across all Third Space locations to maintain sales success and standards, in alignment with Third Space values while delivering a best-in-class prospect and member experience. What You'll Do: As our new Sales Academy Trainer, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of our sales teams across Third Space. You'll design and deliver engaging, blended learning experiences that empower our Sales Consultants - and other customer-facing teams - to sell with purpose, confidence, and authenticity. Deliver face-to-face and digital sales training sessions, including onboarding and development programmes. Design and evolve training content that reflects our consultative, customer-centric sales approach. Support the rollout of our new Learning Management System (LMS) and help transition content into digital formats. Plan and coordinate monthly Sales Academy sessions, including booking rooms and liaising with Sales Managers. Provide in-club coaching and follow-up support to reinforce learning and drive behavioural change. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Concierge, PT, and NFF teams to ensure training is relevant and impactful. Travel between clubs to support new starters and deliver on-site sessions (primarily based at Canary Wharf). What You'll Bring: We're looking for someone who's passionate about learning, people, and performance. You don't need to be a sales guru - but you do need to know how to engage a room, structure a session, and inspire confidence. Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally with a focus on face-to-face and blended training. Strong planning and organisational skills - you'll be managing calendars, sessions, and logistics. A natural communicator who can connect with people at all levels and adapt your style to suit the audience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - flexibility is key. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others grow (industry experience is a bonus, not a must). Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a plus. What You'll Get From Us: A chance to make a real impact - helping people grow, develop, and thrive in their careers. A collaborative, people-first culture where your ideas and energy are valued. Opportunities to shape the future of sales training at one of London's most iconic fitness brands. A varied and dynamic role - no two days are the same. The satisfaction of knowing your work directly contributes to our members' experience and success.
