Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead full-funnel marketing efforts across both our Real Estate Investment and Business Coaching (Skool) verticals. You’ll own their paid and organic growth engines, manage all funnels and marketing automations, and partner closely with Sales to generate qualified leads that convert.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy across digital channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Organic, etc.)
• Own funnel builds and optimizations in Go High Level (lead magnets, VSLs, email/SMS sequences)
• Collaborate with Sales to align campaign targeting with lead quality
• Design, test, and analyze ad creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
• Lead marketing ops and automation (Zapier workflows, UTM tracking, CRM integration)
• Oversee reporting on KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, etc.
• Manage contractors/vendors as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

• 5+ years of performance and lifecycle marketing experience
• Proficient in Go High Level, Meta/Google Ads, Zapier, and CRM workflows
• Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills
• Experience marketing high-ticket services (real estate, coaching, or education)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Ops
