About The RoleWorking closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Regional Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of Gaucho in the UK. As the regional marketing lead and brand guardian for Gauchos eight restaurants outside London, youll lead the day-to-day marketing efforts, delivering strategic and creative campaigns which engage existing and new guests.
Acting as the key link between our regional teams and the London head office, you will play a critical role in delivering brand growth, awareness, and guest engagement in your market.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing and brand strategies for Gauchos regional restaurants.
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activations align with Gauchos tone, style, and vision.
Plan and execute creative local marketing plans including events, and activations, whilst aligning with the group brand strategy.
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses and brands.
Work closely with the local regional PR agency to generate new stories, secure press coverage and engage influencers.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance impact, reporting insights back to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Manage creative production including photo and video shorts, and brief/manage external suppliers and agencies to deliver best-in-class work.
Travel regularly between the regional restaurants and to the London Head Office.
The Ideal Candidate
4-5 years experience in marketing, ideally within multi-site premium dining.
Strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics and consumer behaviours across different UK cities.
Expertise in earned, owned, and paid channels understanding of the full marketing funnel and building seamless, high-impact 360 campaigns.
Proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns, activations and events.
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, including strong copywriting ability for a variety of platforms and audiences.
Confident relationship-builder who can engage and inspire internal teams and external partners.
Comfortable with regular travel and occasional evening/weekend work for events.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about restaurants and hospitality.
