We are excited to be recruiting for a Pub Marketing Executive. This role will work closely with the Pub Marketing Manager to support our leased and tenanted estate in enhancing their online presence and the results from online activities.Your day-to-day activities will include:Supporting the digital marketing needs of our pubs via web and social media.Creating pub photography and video content for websites, PR, and pre- and post-investment purposes.Supporting colleagues, agencies, and customers with pub-supported websites from creation to redevelopment.Reviewing customer websites and providing support, advice, and constructive feedback.Working on-site with pub businesses to develop their social media and online presence.Conducting social media content shoots.Advising and guiding pub operators on social media strategies and best practices.Setting up Thwaites Pubs business accounts on relevant channels.Onboarding and supporting pubs with our website services, working closely with them and the website agency.Designing social media graphics for key dates and events.Creating 'how-to' guides and 'top tips' for digital marketing.Auditing digital activities of leased and tenanted pubs, establishing monitoring processes, and highlighting areas of excellence.Who are we looking for?Knowledgeable about main social media channels, with an understanding of current trends.Experienced in shooting and editing high-quality food, drinks, and lifestyle photography for web, print, and social media.Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and customers.Bright, positive, and engaging in approach.Capable of project planning and meeting strict deadlines.Self-managed, with effective workload and diary management skills.Skilled in copywriting for print, web, and social media platforms.Experience required:Experience working with customers.Proficient in IT skills: web, email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with Canva and Adobe software.Strong knowledge of social media platform management and trends.This role requires regular travel, so a current UK driving license is essential.In return, we offer:A rewarding environment with opportunities for career progression.Access to Wagestream to withdraw up to 40% of earned wages.Free onsite parking.Health cash plan with discounts on high street perks.33 days holiday.Employee Assistance Programme.Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.Apprenticeships.Discounted accommodation, food, and drinks across our hotels and inns.Pension and life assurance.Long service awards, including free meals and stays with friends or family. #J-18808-Ljbffr
