Promotional Staffing Executive – Marketing

Energetic, “up for it” staffing superstar ready to bring major brand experiences to life? We’re a vibrant Creative Marketing Agency based in London seeking a highly organized Staffing/Account Executive to oversee all live staffing for key clients in nicotine pouch and smoke‑free product sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Staffing Management: Book, brief, and confirm all promotional staff for diverse sampling campaigns, including major festivals and retail outlets.
• Recruitment & Training: Run interviews, recruitment, training, refresher, and casting days to maintain a premium staffing roster.
• Campaign Logistics: Handle all essential admin, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, site visits when required, and on‑call support during out‑of‑office campaign hours.
• Database Master: Input, maintain, and update the staff database with performance notes and client feedback.
• Financial Administration: Ensure strict compliance with all internal and client’s financial procedures. Confirm payroll, manage bonuses/fines, process expenses, draft project budgets, raise purchase orders, and invoice.
• Client & Team Liaison: Hold regular status updates with the Group Account Director, client, and internal teams, providing campaign monitoring and feedback.
• Documentation: Create impactful briefing documents, staff profiles for clients, and post‑campaign evaluation documents.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Agency Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an agency environment is essential.
• Personality: Lively, energetic, proactive personality with a genuinely “up for it!” attitude and outgoing nature. You’re happy to go the ‘extra mile’ during busy periods.
• Organisation: You must be highly organized and efficient; strong administrative and implementation skills are a must‑have.
• Passion: Creative and passionate about the staffing industry and the business in general.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Proactive team player who contributes at a total company level.
