We’re a multi-talented marketing agency, print house and design studio for the hospitality, drinks, and enjoyment industry.

We work with world class drinks brands, hospitality venues, start-ups, craft breweries, and some of the biggest events and entertainment businesses in Europe. We call it the Enjoyment Industry, and we’ve been innovating at the heart of it for over a decade.

Our clients include; Red Bull, Heineken, Stella Artois, White Claw, Beavertown, Arc Inspirations, Camden Ale, Live Nation, ABInBev, Pizza Pilgrims, The Alchemist, Laine Pub Co, Lagunitas IPA, Junkyard Golf, Lane 7 - and many more.

We’re recruiting a Project Manager to work alongside our key clients from our studio in Sheffield, close to Kelham Island.

Role Focus

• Lead key client projects from concept to completion, working alongside our in-house design and production teams to deliver best in class campaigns, activations, and brand projects.
• Understand our in-house design and print capabilities to craft innovative and stand out solutions.
• Create proposals and pitch ideas to clients that enhance and add value to their offering.
• Deliver an enjoyable experience for our clients, and foster great relationships that stand the test of time.
• Embody our values: ‘Surprise People’, ‘Revolutionise’, ‘Togetherness’, ‘Get Sh*t Done’ and ‘Good Times’.

Requirements

• A creative problem solver that can quickly grasp client needs, and work with our broader team to devise and deliver engaging solutions.
• A true multitasker, who can deliver a high quality outcome alongside a great client experience.
• The ability to translate briefs from clients, outline deliverables and present proposals that deliver innovation, value and results.
• A fanatical organiser that utilises our technology to communicate and deliver results for our clients.

Ideal, but not essential:

• Experience working in the hospitality and on-trade drinks industry, with an understanding of delivering product activations and marketing campaigns.
• Experience working within a creative/design or marketing agency, delivering and supporting marketing campaigns or branding projects.
• Experience briefing designers writing a concise brief and understanding strict brand guidelines.
• Experience of the print production industry and the processes involved in creating marketing collateral, point of sale, or branded merchandise as part of a broader campaign.
