OverviewJoin to apply for the Program Manager, AWS Sales and Marketing Legal role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager to support AWS. The successful candidate will join the AWS Sales and Marketing Legal team and work closely with legal team members and cross-functional business partners to manage and run projects of varying complexity and size.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage tools to support the legal team and educate/coaching colleagues on project management.Design projects for global roll-out, see the big picture, and combine problem solving, strategic thinking, and tactical execution with ownership of improving the team’s systems and processes.Collaborate with legal colleagues and the PMO’s customers on projects of varying size, including cross-geography work (EMEA, APJC) with demonstrated flexibility.Lead or contribute to projects such as process improvement, tool builds, creating reporting mechanisms, and updating internal documentation or websites.Ensure all stakeholders are informed about deliverables, timelines, and pertinent information; draft project updates, PRFAQs, and other documents as needed.Basic QualificationsExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in program or project managementBachelor’s degreeStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organizationPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationExperience analyzing data to drive decisionsExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience delivering end-to-end results and communicating outcomes to senior leadershipDemonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results from inception to completionAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
