What we’re looking for
Passionate about both product strategy and growth? We’re on the hunt for a curious, creative and hands-on Product & Marketing Specialist to help drive product discovery, manage agile delivery, and lead top-of-funnel customer acquisition in B2B and B2G markets. You’ll work closely with our founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap, run lean sprints and create outreach strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead product discovery, validation and prototyping.
- Run agile sprints, retros, and keep the backlog in check.
- Design and test lead generation strategies (inbound and outbound).
- Create campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
- Work with sales and marketing to improve how we nurture leads and close deals.
- Drive outreach and partnerships to attract, convert, and retain high-quality B2B and B2G customers.
- Create impactful sales and marketing assets to support customer acquisition.
What you’ll bring
- Solid product management experience — taken ideas from discovery through delivery.
- Experience in B2B/B2G lead generation, digital outreach, and relationship-based growth.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement/sales cycles (UK, EU, NATO).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a growth mindset. Comfortable working autonomously.
Nice to have
- Background in UX/UI design.
- Relevant degree is preferred (business, product management, engineering, or related field).
You will be part of a small mission-driven team building tech that matters. You will work across government, private, and non-profit sectors and help shape meaningful products, all in a fully remote, early-stage environment alongside smart, purpose-driven colleagues.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
