Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and behaviour, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Create buyer personas, value proposition and customer journeys.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Create compelling product collateral, including brochures, case studies, solution briefs, white papers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to our website and generate leads.
- Build trust and create conversation with potential customers through events, campaigns, and specific calls to action.
- Be the voice of our customers by gathering and prioritizing key insights to shape our product roadmap.
- Raise product awareness through content such as social media, copywriting, and blogs. This includes determining campaign needs, budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to increase brand awareness and credibility.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in an international growth-stage company
- Experience in financial services B2B marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication in English with experience writing copy for marketing collateral
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive results
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Zoho
- Proven track record of gathering and analyzing market intelligence to support informed decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Startup mentality with a willingness to take ownership and tackle challenges
