We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts for our products. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing compelling messaging, positioning, and strategies that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales enablement content development: Create and maintain sales collateral, including sales deck, battle cards, competitive intelligence briefs, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, etc., to equip sales team with compelling messaging and insights. Ensure all content is easily accessible in a centralised repository (Notion).
- Training and enablement support: Assist in planning and executing product demos, regular sales training sessions, and other workshops. Work closely with the Sales team to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted sources. On this, work with Growth Ops to ensure seamless integration of enablement materials into relevant sales workflows/CRM systems/sales engagement tools.
- Sales Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback from the Sales team on the effectiveness of enablement materials, iterating and improving based on real-world usage and deal impact.
- Competitive and market insights: Conduct research on competitors and market trends, translating insights into actionable collateral for the sales team that will help drive positioning and differentiation in the market.
- Messaging and product positioning: Work alongside Product Marketing to develop and refine messaging that aligns with customer pain points, value propositions, and sales pitches. Expect to do customer interviews that drive insights and help develop win/loss programs to uncover direct customer insights.
- Collateral support for events: Assist with collateral to be developed for the different industry events and client dinners we organize. Be prepared to support with materials, talking points, and collateral that will support our positioning in the market.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other teams within the organization to ensure alignment on Launch strategies and support different launch tiering throughout the year.
- Innovation: Propose new ideas, try new tools and approaches to enhance sales enablement strategies. Experiment with fresh content formats, interactive training methods, and creative engagement tactics to improve knowledge retention and sales effectiveness.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a product marketing role, sales enablement, or a related field (marketing, sales, demand generation, researcher)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and experience working closely with the sales team and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to create effective sales content (presentations, one-pagers, battle cards, etc.) across mediums
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise and compelling messaging
- A “go-getter” attitude, not afraid to take initiative and propose new ideas
- Strong presentation skills with an eye towards design
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environments
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning strategy
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Gong)
- Experience in planning and supporting product demos, webinars, marketing and sales-led events
- Worked as part of a wider team with a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams
